Questions
If yours isn't here, email info@freeandforward.com and a person will answer.
No. Nothing you enter is sent to any officer, court, or agency. Free and Forward is not a government service and is not affiliated with any supervision authority. We don't voluntarily hand your information to anyone.
Actually free. The checklist, calendar and reminders cost nothing, need no card, and never expire. You do create an account — an email and a password — so your information survives a lost phone. Paid tiers are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription anywhere in this app: nothing to cancel, and nothing that lapses if money gets tight.
They stay on your phone. We never upload them, so we hold no copy and there is nothing for anyone to request from us. Export a backup before you change phones — if the device is gone, those photos are gone.
Yes — an email address and a password, on every tier including the free one. That's what backs up your checklist, resume and job history so a lost phone doesn't erase them, and what lets you sign in from a computer at the library or a workforce center. Photos of your documents stay on your phone either way.
Any time, from Settings in the app or from our website. Deleting your account removes it and everything we hold, permanently, within 30 days. Because purchases are one-time and not subscriptions, there is no billing left running afterward — nothing to cancel separately.
