The checklist, calendar and reminders are free — no card, no time limit. Every paid tier is a one-time purchase. Pay once, keep it. No monthly bill, nothing to cancel, nothing that shuts off if money gets tight.

Each tier includes everything in the tiers below it. Backup, sync and desktop access come with every tier, including the free one — photos of your documents are the one thing that never leaves your phone. Prices shown are for buying here on the website; buying inside the app costs more, because Apple and Google take a commission on purchases made through their billing systems. Either way you get the same features on the same account. AI usage counts on Premium are lifetime totals, not monthly.

Buy a tier, build the account, fill in what you already know, and hand over the credentials on release day. A friend, partner, parent or mentor can do the whole thing in an afternoon.
